More than 110 cars at the start of the 41st Cesana-Sestriere, a legendary speed race on the road that connects the two Vialattea tourist resorts, green more than ever and kissed by a beautiful sunny day. Congratulations to Mario Massaglia, on Osella PA9/90X, winner of the race with a time of 4’51″20. Second place for Totò Riolo (PRC A6 BMW) at 4″57 who preceded Piero Lottini (Osella PA 9/90 BMW) at 13″96. The awards ceremony at Colle del Sestriere was opened by the Fanfare of the Taurinense Alpine Brigade, which sang the Italian national anthem in honor of the winners of the race valid not only for the European, but also for the Italian Team. As tradition, Vialattea is a partner of Cesana-Sestriere, hosting for the occasion, in its offices in Piazza Agnelli, the race direction, the race secretariat and the timekeepers’ headquarters.
