A scattered municipality in the upper Val Chisone, Pragelato is the gateway to one of the three natural parks that surround the Vialattea Area: the Val Troncea Natural Park. Starting point for panoramic and adrenaline-pumping itineraries, Pragelato is certainly one of the summer destinations of Vialattea not to be missed.
The Area of Pragelato has been identified by the European Union as a place of significant environmental interest due to the naturalistic richness that it still preserves. The Val Troncea Natural Park – located at an altitude between 1670 and 3280 meters above sea level – strengthens the tourist vocation of the village with particular attention to eco-friendly tourism and the protection of local fauna and flora.
