From Turin: 95 km, 01h30. Take the A32 Turin-Bardonecchia motorway, leaving at the “Oulx bypass (Circonvallazione)” exit; carry on for 20 km towards Sestriere.
From Pinerolo: 50 km, 01h10. You can reach Sestriere from the SR23 trunk road.
From Briançon: 30 km, 40 mins. Follow road N94 from Briançon to Montgenèvre Névache / Monginevro. After Montgenèvre, once you have crossed the Italian border, follow the Monginevro SS24 until you get to Cesana Torinese, then take the SR23 to Sestriere.
The closest station to the town is Oulx, which is a few kilometres away from Sestriere. It will take about 1.5 hours to get from Turin to Oulx. Once you reach Oulx, there is a regular bus service to Sestriere (a 30 minute ride).
From France: you can even catch a train from the Gare de Lyon in Paris and it will take you less than 5 hours to reach Oulx. The train goes direct to Oulx.
