GENERAL INFORMATION
The user of the ski slopes must, as a legal requirement, be in possession of civil liability insurance for damage or accidents that the skier may cause to third parties, including the operator.
Compulsory insurance for civil liability for damage or injury that the skier may cause to third parties, including the operator, can be purchased from any insurance company that provides it. Slope rescue is subject to payment.

VIALATTEA SKI NOPROBLEM
The “Vialattea Sci Noproblem” policy from Europ Assistance and proposed by Sestrieres S.p.A. a s.u., the purchase of which is optional, inseparably includes two different types of insurance cover: – compulsory cover for third party liability for damage or injury that the skier may cause to third parties, including the operator; – non-compulsory cover for medical expenses and reimbursement of ski equipment and ski passes in the event of injury and for assistance and return to the home.

In case of accident, the above mentioned guarantees can only be activated by calling Vialattea Slope Rescue on 0122799414 and 0122799415.

PRICES
The Europ Assistance “Vialattea Sci Noproblem” policy is offered by Sestrieres S.p.A. at the price of € 3.50 per day.
